Llantrithyd deer graze and browse all year round in our historic seventeenth century Deer Park. They enjoy clover-rich pastures, lightly wooded valleys and bracken covered slopes - truly a deer's paradise.

In winter their diet is supplemented with silage which is made in the Park without additives or artificial fertilisers. The Park and closed herd have full organic certification through the Organic Food Federation UK4, Licence Number 0547/02.

Llantrithyd deer live their entire life in the Park. They are humanely culled in the Park and are not transported elsewhere for slaughter.
